The quality is excellent. The description of the items on the website are very confusing and I ended up with a rack I might not be able to utilize. I recommend clear descriptions of each rack or have separate categories for "Surfboard" "Wakesurf Board" and "Wakeboard" there is a clear difference between the three and that needs to be clarified in your descriptions of the product.
The rack is too big for wakesurf boards..i realize i can double wrap the board with the large cord you provided but who wants that trouble on the water and the rack is too small for a regular surf board not that I usually carry one.
For example:
You have surfboard and wakesurf in the same description in most of your products. I get it... you give the size opening.
This board rack holds 2 x Surfboards. The finger opening is 2.25".
Holds 2 x wakesurf boards
Secures 2 surfboards

Contacted the krypt customer service multiple times due to my own errors while ordering and shipping. Customer service was prompt to answer emails and phone calls and helped me resolve all issues. The hardware arrived at my house and was great quality. Will use them again and would recommend them to friends.

My only issue is that on ebay you offer free shipping, but if you buy in store you have to pay shipping.

I received the Double Wakesurf rack four days after ordering it. It was perfectly packaged, exactly what we ordered, at a great price. Awesome quality and a perfect fit. Highly recommend it to all.
