1. Was told to order the wrong part

   Called in. Was told I could only order online???? Asked to fix a package for me. Was unwilling to work with me in any fashion to help me get what I needed at any kind of savings to me. The parts I was told to order are incorrect. I was told specifically that they where the correct ones. No doubt. Wrong.

   The brackets are fully adjustable and very well made. I was very surprise for such a good quality for a low price compared to other kind.
   I totally love them!

   Had this rack out on the first trip this past weekend. Made storing/retrieving boards a breeze! Highly recommend this product.

5. 2nd order great 1st order not so goid

   After finally getting the right rack, I was very pleased with the second one. Concerning the first order thru Amazon I have the following comments: the delivery was to have taken 7 or more days, so I had it shipped to the address that I would be at during that time. It came in 3 days and it was a mess trying to get it picked up from UPS location.
   You need to be more specific in description that swivel is not same as rotate.
